Cancellations and Refunds Policy

All cancellations must be made in writing. Please e-mail workshops@medicalhypnotherapy.co.uk

A member of the team will acknowledge receipt within 3 working days. Cancellations received more than 4 weeks before the course will be refunded minus a £35 admin fee. We regret that any cancellations received within 4 weeks of the start of the course will not be refunded and that refunds for failure to attend cannot be made, but substitute delegates will be accepted at any time.

Payment 

All payment must be received before the course date. Payment is accepted by BACS, Paypal or cheque.

Please note that once your application is accepted, you/your organization will be liable for the charges, including cancellation charges.

Terms and Conditions 

Completion of this on-line registration form constitutes a legally binding agreement. Full details of the course will be forwarded via email once we have received confirmation of your booking. We cannot be held responsible for the non-arrival of registration information – if you have not heard from us 7 days prior to the course, it is your responsibility to call us on 020 70997021.

Applicants are advised not to book travel/accommodation until written confirmation from Medical Hypnotherapy has been received.

Where for any reason beyond its reasonable control, Medical Hypnotherapy cancels an event, the liability of Medical Hypnotherapy shall be limited to a refund of the fee for that particular event.
